We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of packaged PACT underwear, tees, leggings or socks that have been opened.


We will process your returns within 5 business days of receipt by our warehouse and issue your refund using your original payment method. Just follow our steps to get your return started and your money (or credit) back.

  • 2. Print off the form that was sent to your email.
  • 3. Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received and include your return form.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items returned after 30 days will be accepted at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. We strongly recommend utilizing a reliable mail service. Please note: PACT may refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines.
