How do I make a Return or Exchange?
We want you to LOVE your PACT so if you ordered a size that doesn't fit right, you may contact us at one of the three options below. On you're first order, we'll send out the right size free of charge. Regarding returns, health code regulations prohibit PACT from accepting returns of underwear that has been worn. PACT refuses to resell any underwear that is returned to us even if it appears as though it has never been worn. Rest assured, your PACT underwear has never been tried out by someone before you. In order to make a return, please contact us at one of the three options below.

How do I access my account/view my order status?
If you have established a user account on wearPACT.com, you can log into your account and see the status of your orders at any time.
Regardless of whether you have an account, once you have purchased your underwear, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email.
How do I place an order? Can I place an order by phone or mail?
If you would like to make a particularly large or complicated order, you can place this order by phone by calling 1-800-662-PACT between the hours of 9am and 5pm mountain time.
We cannot accept orders by mail at this time.
How can I track an order I've placed?
Once you have placed your order, it ships from our warehouse by the end of the next business day. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on wearPACT.com. If you have opted for shipping via USPS there is no tracking number associated with this shipping method. Shipping via USPS usually takes 4-5 days.
If you have requested that your order be shipped via UPS or FedEx, your order history page will contain a tracking number from your chosen carrier that allows you to track your shipment.
Can I cancel an order? How?
On the day you place your order on wearPACT.com, we send your request to our warehouse at 5pm mountain time. If you need to cancel your order, you will need to call 1-800-662-PACT before 5pm mountain time on the day your placed your order. Once an order request has been sent to our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
I just placed an order online. When can I expect to receive my underwear in the mail?
If you requested your order to be sent via USPS, you can expect your PACT underwear to arrive in 4-5 business days from the time your order was placed. PACT also offers a variety of express shipping options, but these are less environmentally sustainable options so we encourage you to request shipping via USPS.
I need my underwear fast! Do you provide express shipping?
If you want your PACT underwear quickly, we'll send it via FedEx or UPS but you will incur higher shipping fees. At PACT we are always looking out for the planet so we discourage the use of these express shippers who have a much larger carbon footprint than the United States Postal Service.
I want to sell PACT in my store. Does PACT sell wholesale?

Is my credit card information stored safely?
PACT does not store your credit card information on its servers. Your information is securely transfered to authorize.net for processing.
