If you've tried on your new PACT underwear and it's the wrong size, no problem! Send an email to orders@wearPACT.com any time or call 1-800-662-PACT (1-800-662-7228) between 9am and 5pm Pacific time, and tell us the size you want. For your first order, we'll ship you the right size free of charge. We really want you to love your PACT underwear, and once you know your size, you can order more with the confidence that they'll fit like a glove every time.
Health code regulations prohibit PACT from accepting returns of underwear that has been worn. In fact, PACT refuses to resell any underwear that is returned to us even if it appears as though it has never been worn. Rest assured, your PACT underwear has never been tried out by someone before you.
