Reports To: Sales Merchandiser Manager

The PACT Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for the merchandising and re-orders of PACT’s products and ensuring appropriate inventory levels to drive sell-through at key retail locations in a designated territory. The PACT Sales Merchandiser will coordinate closely with PACT’s designated brokers to ensure maximum retail coverage and efficiency in scheduling. The PACT Sales Merchandiser is a critical role in the growth of PACT sales, sell-through and brand experience for our customers in-store.


  • Merchandise PACT product in key retail locations according to the company’s standard
  • Support execution of Sales initiatives by the Sales Merchandising Team, including promotions, placement initiatives, etc
  • Order Fulfillment: Provide weekly refreshes for existing product when necessary by assisting retailers with re-orders / sales
  • Ensure timely merchandising of incoming orders
  • Increase amount of space dedicated to PACT at the store level
  • Build additional product displays
  • Teach merchandising and display techniques to store team members
  • Build relationships with team members, buyer, and brokers
  • Function as trusted source of information and guidance for the store team members
  • Work seamlessly with regional Brokers on routing coordination, etc
  • Execute PACT’s end-of-season retail strategy in stores
  • Ensure 100% store compliance with PACT promotions, and help build sales prior to promotional periods
  • Provide additional marketing coverage and support for regional PACT and store events
  • Provide Brand and product feedback to PACT HQ team
  • Submit feedback/reports using FormStack software program

  • Local travel 80% of the time
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, requires some physical demands (moving fixtures, getting backstock down, etc)
  • Must have valid drivers license

Reports To: Director of Sales

PACT is looking for an experienced channel manager to lead our sales efforts in our Wholesale efforts in Specialty, Department, E-tailers and Clearance Channels. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the wholesale business through their strong sales, support and management. You will be responsible for managing house accounts as well as a sales team (including Sales Agency) on sales growth, channel adoption and high-level execution. This role will work closely with Customer Service and Operations and report into the Director of Sales.


  • Effectively and efficiently manage PACT’s sales and margin targets. Build annual strategic sales plans.
  • Responsible for channel sales and operational activity: Sell-in future orders, manage replenishment orders and at-once opportunities with Key Accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities in the channels and make contact with prospective customers
  • Manage relationships and set clear direction for sales agency (reps) to meet sales targets, gross margin goals, replenishment and distribution priorities. Set-up strong communication, processes and tools to help sales team exceed plan.
  • Establish strong relationships with key accounts and their buying teams.
  • Work with the Business Planner to collect and analyze sales data to improve and understand overall sales performance, including forecasting, inventory management, velocity and clear replenishment strategy. Weekly and monthly sales reports analyzing performance and benchmarking against plan.
  • Monitor the marketplace and competitive market activity, recommending strategic responses as needed.
  • Management of inventory and recommending strategic responses as needed for your channels.
  • Work closely with Operations to leverage our Systems (ie, Netsuite) to provide sales support but to also increase efficiency, accuracy and real-time data reporting.
  • Sales Reporting – Weekly & Monthly planning & forecasting & reporting of sales on channel
  • Manage sales operations on all the necessary set-up documents, trade spend documents for efficient and accurate execution and budgeting.
  • Develop a culture of service and accuracy in delivering our product to our retailers and customers. We want to be fun and easy to do business with.


  • Passionate about the PACT brand, inspired by what we represent, and have a strong interest to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate sales and financial information through reports, dashboards…you love data and reporting on them.
  • You are naturally service-oriented, customer driven and pro-active problem solver.
  • Proven track record in a sales manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience calling on retail accounts and customer headquarters.
  • Strong experience managing sales reps to excel…including sales goals, forecasts, scorecards and promotional planning and execution.
  • Proven track record of execution of sales programs, promotions and goals.
  • Sales Management experience at an apparel company.
  • Experience selling into Department, Etailers, including Nordstrom, Amazon and Zappos.
  • Can work and easily adapt to a fast-growing and ever-changing environment.
  • Proficient with Windows and Office environment, as well as have strong Excel PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Familiar working with ERPs / accounting systems with knowledge of NetSuite being a plus.
  • Love the idea of being part of a close-knit team in a start-up environment
