Position: Customer Service Coordinator - Healthy Grocery Channel

Location: Boulder, CO.
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Coordinator Position:
The Customer Service Coordinator (“CSC”) is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences for all customers through continuous improvement of all departmental functions. This position requires hands-on involvement in all activities pertaining to the Healthy Grocery channel including but not limited to order entry, maintenance, and processing, as well as customer support, shipping logistics, data analysis, and cross-functional communication. This position requires additional cross-channel training to fulfill the needs of the department. The Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role in, and will be measured on, helping to achieve annual company goals as pertaining to customer service, sales, order fulfillment, and gross margin.

We are seeking someone who is energetic, pro-active, passionate, team-oriented and entrepreneurial who has the following skills & experience:

  • Functions as the first line of contact in customer interactions; assists with order and issue resolution as needed
  • Maintains excellent on-going communication with sales team and customers to ensure issues/challenges are addressed and resolved in timely and proper manner, including effective use of CRM tools to document correspondence
  • Ensures accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment requirements with 3PL
  • Works closely with accounting department to ensure any finance related issues (e.g., order discrepancies, credit holds, overdue balances, pricing, etc.) are addressed and resolved as needed
  • Achieves annual corporate, departmental, and individual goals
  • Identifies opportunities to improve procedures and policies that add value to the business
  • Maintains all necessary customer data records in company ERP system
  • Assist Sales and Marketing in ad hoc projects, including sales meeting and tradeshow preparation

Qualifications / About You:

  • Quick learner who possesses a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Is passionate about the PACT brand and what we represent
  • Computer competency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as web-based applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer Service experience a plus
  • Healthy Grocery experience a plus
  • Experience operating in ERP system experience, specifically NetSuite, is a plus
  • Ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed

    Position: Internship

    Location: Boulder, CO.
    Type: Part-Time
    Reports To: Marketing Manager

    The Marketing Intern Position:
    The Marketing Intern will get to experience a little of everything; marketing strategy and planning, tradeshow and events, public relations and retail, etc. Training will begin side by side with members of the company teaching their skills in the form of firsthand experience. The intern will be able to practice and develop these skills in close proximity of the supervisor who will review the work preformed and provide key feedback on the jobs preformed. The internship will be for 12 hours a week, 4-hour days, 3 days a week. This internship is not paid, but you will receive a bunch of PACT goodies and experience. The work atmosphere is casual and fun; we love to work hard while having a good time doing it!

    We are seeking someone who is energetic, pro-active, passionate, team-oriented and entrepreneurial who has the following skills & experience:

    • Enrolled in a Marketing Degree Program
    • 3.0+ GPA
    • Software experience a plus, but not required: Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, but is not required
