I was in love the minute I walked through the door at SoLa in Austin. Meet Venus. She stands guard of the shop’s great TOM’s selection and she allowed us to include some PACT socks in the photo shoot. SoLa will soon have some PACT ankle socks and no-see-ums. You can’t see um in this photo because they don’t have them yet. But even when they do have them, will you be able to see them? Isn’t that the point? Don’t worry – Venus will help you pick out a pair to slip down in your TOM’s.

PACT was recently featured in America Week. A popular Japanese style magazine. How cool is that! Our long-time ties with Japan date back to holiday 2011, when PACT helped rebuild the fishing village of Shizugawa.

In the latest issue of America Week, PACT’s Spring 2013 collection features Aerial View Boxer Briefs and Navy Bandana Trunks for guys.

PACT Is A Convert

We had a beautiful day in Berkeley to celebrate Urban Gardens at Convert. Their window models were suited up in zig zig leggings and boxer briefs, ready for a spring-like day. While we peddled lots of socks and undies to support community gardens across the country, perhaps the best part of the day was hanging with Mr. Cooper, the Convert store dog. In this pic, Cooper snuggles with his new organic cotton tug from Purrfect Play (a little gift for the newest member of the Convert team all the way from Indiana).

When the owner and designer of Synergy Clothing contacted me about selling PACT Apparel, I felt like I had just met a celebrity. I’ve always loved the Synergy line – organic cotton, handmade in Nepal, fair trade, and absolutely beautiful. Now Synergy has a store in the San Francisco Mission – 969 Valencia St. – complete with PACT undies and leggings that are the perfect compliment to the Synergy colors and styles. It’s also a great excuse to visit the vegan restaurant next door!

Sockshop in SF moving locations but still same ‘ol great stuff!

One of the most colorful places in San Francisco is lumbering on up the road a little. Sockshop Haight St. is moving to a bigger location that can hold lots more inventory – including organic socks, leggings and undies from PACT! Visit their new location – 1742 Haight St. – starting at the end of March. Trust us, you can’t bear to miss this awesome shop!
